Taking Breaks Can Make You More Productive

In our pressured filled and success driven society, we often feel that free time = lazy time.  In fact, scientific research shows us that giving yourself breaks throughout your day or in the form of a vacation can actually help you to be MORE productive.  

Dr. Patricia Thompson writes that snack breaks, nap breaks, and vacations all contribute to increased productivity, focus, memory, decision making and job satisfaction - and decreased burnout and depression.
