Social Media and Comparison to Others

Author Emily Holland writes about how and why we judge ourselves when we read status updates and look at photos on social media.  

She says the ways to stop the self doubt and questioning include reducing time on social media to 5-10 minutes per day; redirecting focus to real life activities like gym time and reading; and assessing negative self-worth and enhancing it through valuing real relationships, valuing our own time, doing what we love more often, eating well and moving.
