Be childlike

I love this list from Lori Deschene of Tiny Buddha.  She gives us "33 Ways to Be Childlike Today."  It reminds us that there are little things we can do to create a sense of wonder and creativity and joy in our lives.  Her list includes ways to play, ways to create, ways to share and more.  And by making room for some of these very simple things, I think we actually open up space for peace and calm and self care.
